Crémant house, cellar tours
Caves Bernard-Massard
What it offers
A family-run crémant house in Grevenmacher. Cellar tours with a tasting from €10, tours in four languages, and a bus stop close by.
Practical details
Bernard-Massard makes mostly crémant, Luxembourg’s sparkling wine, and still wines too. The cellar tour starts with a short film and then goes through the old cellars in Grevenmacher. You can also just come for a tasting, with or without the tour. Wines from their Thill Château de Schengen estate are poured here as well.
- Tour with tasting (2026 prices): €10 with one cuvée, €17 with three. Children up to 14: €5 with a glass of grape juice. Groups of 10 or more pay €1 less per adult.
- Booking: +352 75 05 45-228 or -229, or tourisme@bernard-massard.lu. They ask you to book, because the tasting rooms are often taken by weddings and seminars.
- Languages: tours in French, Luxembourgish, German or English, as you choose (their price list).
- Tasting hours: April to October, Wednesday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00, weekends until 19:00. From November to March, visits by appointment. The shop has longer hours.
- Luxembourg Pass: the tour and a glass of crémant are free with the pass (Visit Moselle).
- Without a car: the stop Grevenmacher, Enner der Bréck is about 120 m away. Lines 311 and 326 go to Kirchberg, and lines 341 and 342 run along the river to Remich. All four also run at weekends, less often on Sundays.
